Using Art Rage again made this picture~!I'm actually quite proud of it except the eyes annoy me a little....I might go and fix them later, but that's unlikely.
Anyway, for those who don't know, this is Misa; an annoying actress/model/idol from Death Note. Even though I don't like her, she's really fun to draw (especially her hair :D)
